Bro. Albert A. Williams, Jr., a native Washingtonian, is a 5.22.82 PHI Chapter initiate of Alpha Phi Alpha, Incorporated. Bro. Williams joined Mu Lambda in 2017 and has served as Technology Chair and Webmaster, Chapter Delegate, and Director, Mu Lambda Foundation. Bro. Williams has also served as Secretary for the MAAC, and currently serves as Co-Chair, Grievance & Discipline (G&D) Committee, and sits on the G&D Committee for the East Region.

Bro. Williams holds a BBA (Business Management and Pre-Law) from Ohio University, Athens, OH and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMUC), Adelphi, MD. He has worked as a Human Resources (HR) professional for over 20 years and holds several related professional certifications to include an SPHR, CCP, and SHRM-SCP. In addition, Bro. Williams is a licensed Realtor (DC, MD) and serves as an executive program advisor for Transformative Leadership with Seton Hall University.

Bro. Williams currently heads up the HR function for CCI Health Services based in Silver Spring, MD – an FQHC, serving the historically medically underserved in Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties. He is a proud father and grandfather, and enjoys sports, fitness, giving back, travel, and spending time with family, friends, and being in the presence of his beloved Fraternity.
